“When you are non-judgmental, you are happy. Happiness depends on you, on your thoughts, on your attitude, on your ideas and vision, and nothing else.” ~ Debasish Mirdha
Being fully aware of the present moment is known as mindfulness. We all seek to be calm, peaceful ,joyful, comforted and free and most importantly centered. Just be present in the reality as it is, not trying to change, fix, force or fight it. Adopting to a mindset which can see the things as it is, without adding any meaning to that incident. Observe, Describe, and participate fully in the moment. The first attributes to mindfulness is having a non-judgmental Stance.
How can we develop a Non-Judgmental Stance?
1.Observe but don’t evaluate. Take a nonjudgmental stance by taking in all of the data in any context. Just focus on the facts only.
2. Detach your opinions from the facts, and stay in the facts, rather than reacting to our opinions, or letting our opinions take us over.
3. Acknowledge the wholesome and unwholesome as it is.
4.Catch yourself judging others or yourself in every situation. #mindfulness #selfcare # #personaldevelopment
